Return and Exchange terms

 

Product return requests are made within the following criteria based on the provisions of the law on Consumer Protection No. 6502.
 

The return process of products purchased from Caponestore.com, may take place only on online store. Exchange is not performed.
 

The product to be returned must be sent by filling out the reason of return on the invoice sent to you by e-mail. If there is no invoice, you can also send goods with the waybill sent to you. It will be enough to clearly write your request for the product on the waybill.
 

you may return the goods whithin 14 working days after receiving them.
 

Payment for your return order will be made whithin 7 working days from the date of delivery of your shipment to us.
 

The products to be returned should not be jointly with perfume, lotion or deodorant that will leave a heavy smell and trace.
 

As the process on our stores, you can open the packaging to look at and try products. But if it is returned, it must be sent in its original packaging.
 

The returned product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, labeled, complete (with accessories, belts, etc.). Shoes must be sent with their original boxes and there should not be any adhesive material (tape, cargo label, etc.) on the box. Returns not suitable with these criteria are not accepted.
 

If a refund is requested for products purchased within an offer, all of the products in the offer must be returned.
 

You can leave the product you want to return with your invoice to the nearest Aras Kargo office or call 444 25 52 Aras Kargo Customer Services and request a courier.
 

For the returns you send to us, the shipping fee arising from sending the products to our company belongs to our company, provided that the refund is made through Aras Kargo. The shipping fee of the returns from other cargo companies belongs to the customer.
